AIM Museum Leaders Programme for UK Museums

AIM has recently launched the new UK wide Museum Leaders programme to support people who lead AIM member museums. Applicants must be the most senior member of staff in their museum and will usually be the Director or Chief Executive of their organisation. Where a museum is part of an umbrella body, we are looking for applicants who have sufficient autonomy to lead significant change in their museum.

The following places are available:

England – 12 places supported with funding from Arts Council England

Wales – 1 place supported with funding from The Federation of Museums & Art Galleries of Wales and AIM

Scotland/Wales/ Northern Ireland – 2 places supported using funding from the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and AIM (please note – these 2 places are for all regions not per region)
