Maximising Your Impact Workshop (Wales)

This free one-day workshop will bring together the essentials of the Welsh Museums Festival, Museums at Night / Connect! Competition and advocacy to help you plan more effectively and make a stronger impact.

The day will be a mix of presentations, discussions and participation workshops to ensure maximum impact. Lunch and refreshments provided.

Jonathan Durnin from  DC Research will be talking about the AIM Advocacy Toolkit: Evidencing Social and Environmental Impacts of Museums and his session will include:

*An Introduction to and demonstration of the AIM Advocacy Toolkit

*Discussion of the issues with social impact data and how to overcome them

*Attendees will be able to apply the toolkit in their own museums after the workshops.
