Essential Fundraising Skills training courses
Between October 2015 and April 2016, a series of five one-day fundraising training courses will take place across England:
- Networking and making the ask
- Planning a fundraising strategy
- Practical digital fundraising
- Using and managing data in fundraising
- Writing strong fundraising applications
Booking will open shortly, and you can view details online now via this link. Each course costs £95+VAT but Association of Independent Museums members can benefit from preferential pricing. For example, you could attend all five courses for just £350+VAT.
Training on Demand
The first of these ‘demand-led’ courses will take place in Manchester in July – ‘Effective fundraising from audiences, visitors and members’ – and places are still available. AMA conference 2015
Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy is supporting AMA conference 2015 and will be curating and producing a fundraising programme. A few subsidised places for fundraisers are still available at £150+VAT. National Summer School for Arts Fundraising and Leadership
Places are still available for the only arts-specific residential course in fundraising and leadership in the UK. Taking place in Leeds in August 2015, this is an accredited course with the University of Leeds with the potential of leading to a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy.
