Association for Cultural Enterprises Study Day – Retail for Smaller Venues – Edinburgh: 23 April
Good retail rests on four basic pillars of best practice: Buying, Finance, Display and Shop Floor Skills. This day will introduce smaller and less experienced venues to these concepts.
The four pillars of retail wisdom form the infrastructure for a successful operation. Once learned and put into practice, the information taken from this event will enable museum teams and volunteers to run an attractive, efficient and profitable enterprise.

This event is designed for those running shops in small-medium sized venues. The content is structured so as to equip delegates with skills that will really affect their bottom line.
