Wycombe Heritage and Arts Trust (WHAT) is a new charity set up in January 2014 to take over the management of the Wycombe museum currently run by Wycombe District Council.
The Trustees have an exciting vision to develop wider cultural and learning experiences, and to provide fascinating programmes for the benefit of local communities.
The Trustees are working towards a launch of the museum under WHAT’s management in November 2015.
We want to ensure an enthusiastic and committed governing body and are looking to appoint additional trustees with particular focus on fundraising, HR and administrative expertise.
Ideal candidates will also have a well-developed interest in local history, heritage and arts and the time and energy to commit to these demanding roles.
Applicants are asked to send in a current CV along with a letter outlining the reasons for their application and their thoughts on the vision of the Trust going forward.
