Run by the London Bus Preservation Trust Ltd, the ‘London Bus Museum’ based at Brooklands in Surrey houses the largest collection of working historic London buses in the world, with vehicles and other artefacts showcasing over a hundred years of transport history in the city.
The museum attracts over 100,000 visitors each year, with people travelling from far and wide to view the iconic vehicles and to explore the unique engineering heritage of the collection in its historical, social, technological and educational background.
There are currently three Trustee vacancies open with applicants needing to commit to six meetings per year held during the daytime, mid-week. The roles include:
